Fishing Conditions-Poor: Napa guide Cpt. Patrick MacKenzie https://www.mackenzieonthefly.com reports that colored up water has been making Striper fishing tough.  He says however that he's been doing pretty well in the bay when the water is calm.

 

 Gear Tip: full sinking lines, bait fish imitations - clouser/deceivers in grey/white, chart/white, olive/white

Clouser Minnows: Chartreuse & White, Chartreuse & Yellow, Gray & White
