Lodging & Fishing Regulations

Current Conditions:

Fishing is Good:   Guide Joe Garza reported yesterday  that Fishing has been exceptional with most fish still being caught on midge patterns under an indicator.  He says that the fish are in deeper water but as soon as the water temps get above 60 degrees, the fish will spread out.  The Hex hatch isn't far away.

He also said "We have also had some good dry fly action in the morning with #16 sparkle caddis or #14 parachute adams and the rainbows, browns, and smallies are super healthy this year, I'm talking footballs! With the Hex season 3 weeks away, we are already picking up fish on Hex patterns subsurface. Stillwater season is in full swing."

Nymphs: Midge patterns, Callibaetis
Streamers: Hex nymphs, pond smelt, Balanced leeches
Dries: Spotlight Caddis emerger
