"The Lake appears to be fishing better in recent weeks, but it still has been far from a typical spring for this world class fishery. The why remains a mystery with a lot of speculation from avid anglers and guides here. We do still anticipate a good post spawn bite, likely starting up in a few weeks, and a good way to fish during this time would be to get out on a float tube using a slip bobber with leeches. The use of a fish finder can be a great way to make sure that you’re presenting to fish, and at the appropriate depth. "
